This Performance Work Statement (PWS) describes the assistance that the Bureau of Land Management Colorado State Office (BLM) requires in order to conduct site characterization work at a minimum of six priority shooting areas.
The design for the Range shall include an active shooting area inclusive of shooting lanes, a rubber bullet trap and range ready area. Indirect support areas of the Range shall include two offices, armorer’s weapons cleaning room, weapons cleaning room, armory, ammunition storage, small and large storage rooms with the large storage also performing as a classroom, individual restrooms, janitorial closet, mechanical room and IT room.
