Authorized uses: non-aeronautical – communications building, shop and antenna tower for communications functions.This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease term extension without competition. Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., April 8, 2021, after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend the lease.

Pre-Bid Conference A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 9:00 am (CDT) on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at the Roads and Bridges Fleet Maintenance Shop 4838 Fire Tower Road, Panama City, FL 32404. Site Visit will be held immediately following the pre-bid meeting.

Resulting contracts will include construction or repair of: Police Station, flight control tower, parachute repair shop, physical fitness center etc.  See attached Sources Sought for additional information. 

The overall construction program will include, but not limited to police station, flight control tower, parachute repair shop, physical fitness center, company operations facility, general purpose maintenance shop, barracks, vehicle maintenance shop, aircraft maintenance hangar, and wash racks.
