The City of Oxnard is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide services to identify STR properties, to monitor and assist in the compliance, implementation and ongoing administration of the City’s Short-Term Rental (STR) Ordinance for a three-year term. Respondents will be committed to partnering with the City and effective communication is a necessary part of this partnership.

This market research is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 10 and 12 to determine if commercial items are available to meet the Government’s need for base support vehicle and equipment (BSVE) construction vehicles and equipment short term rental (STR) services within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southwest (NAVFAC SW) Area of Responsibility (AOR).
