This year’s Air Show will be held October 22-23. The Smoke Oil shall be delivered no later than October 20, 2022. Smoke Oil will be utilized by the Demonstration Squadron Blue Angels for 2022 Naval Air Station Jacksonville’s Air Show. The Blue Angels require based support at each air show site due to how many shows the team conducts throughout the year all over the country. One of the requirements is smoke oil, which is used to create the smoke trails behind the aircraft during the airshow.

CLIN Nomenclature: This is a requirement for Smoke Oil. Description of product to be acquired: The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB), CA has a requirement for Smoke Oil. Air Show Smoke Oil - Thunderbirds and Warbirds Require a total of QTY: 29, 55 gallon drums/barrels of aviation smoke oil to support our smoke oil requirements for the upcoming Air Show. 26 of those barrels/drums are required to support the Thunderbirds.
Due to unforeseen changes in the Government's requirement for Smoke Oil, the Solicitation, F1N1D58039AW01, has been amended as follows: 1. The total required amount has been reduced from 1534 GL, to 448 GL. 2.
Show smoke zone partitions and coordinate with sprinkler system zones.Plans shall be reviewed by a Fire Protection Engineer.HVACProvide data that is the basis for the design; include design calculations, parameters and factors, reference source of all data. Include methods to be used in sizing ducts and piping.Provide total cooling and heating loads for the affected space or for any new space in the project.Submit duct and piping layouts plans.
