This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide: 120*40 four-sided tent (1 Ea), 40*80 four-sided tent (1 Ea), 40*40 four-sided tent (1 Ea), 10*20 tent (2 Ea), 8*8 Canopies (20 Ea), 10*10 tent (1Ea), 12*12 tent (1 Ea) Sheppard AFB, Texas. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

As part of this event, the 56 Fighter Wing Commander is hosting distinguished visitors tent area. There should be seating capacity for approximately 1,014 people per day (750 outdoor viewing area, 264 table seats), a large tent, fencing and ground cover per the Statement of Work.This notice does not commit the Government to a contract. It is the Government's intent to post the solicitation within a few days of this notice.

Beale AFB, CA intends to award a single award for Air Show Chalet Tents In Accordance With (IAW) the attached SON. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.

Tents must be Berry Amendment compliant.  Please provide details to show tents provided meet the specifications set within the Berry Amendment. 3. Identify subcontracting, joint ventures or teaming arrangement that will be pursued, if any.4.

The 60th Contracting Squadron has a requirement to rent tents, tables, chairs, and linens for the upcoming 2024 Wings Over Solano Air Show.
