This construction contract will include, but not limited to switch siting construction, several new power duct banks, manhole modifications, new manhole, paving/lawn restoration, power/ATC/telecom feeds to the new switchgear, tie-feeder cabling, controls, and control connections to the existing campus Siemens Building Management System for monitoring the switchgear electrical usage.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, software, parts, supplies materials, and repair service of the Energy Management System for the Siemens Building Technologies System 600/APOGEE/DESIGO.
All transfer switches, generators and battery charging stations shall be integrated into a monitoring and control network run through our existing Siemens Apogee building management system. Work shall also include any and all other work defined in the specifications and drawing.
Construction includes replace and upgrade existing Automatic Transfer switches, including integrate ATS switches into the Facilities Siemens Apogee Building Management system including our generators, battery chargers and all other elements as defined in the drawings and specifications for this project.
