This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures for Siemens Industry for facilities services at McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP). Siemens Apogee system is proprietary and only Siemens trained technicians can provide detailed program changes and support to the direct digital controls (DDCs) on HVAC systems on MCAAP.
