The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) requires a contractor/awardee to design, fabricate and ship exterior signs to multiple National Wildlife Refuges (NWR), Fish Hatcheries, and FWS locations. The requirement is to provide approximately 960 signs with phased deliveries not-to-exceed 16 months after contract award. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, material, supplies, and equipment; however, contractor installation at locations is excluded from the scope of work.Please see Combined Synopsis and Solicitation / Request for Quote (RFQ) and supporting attachments.

The proposals must be mailed or hand delivered to the City Manager’s Office on the 2nd Floor of the Decatur City Hall (509 North McDonough Street, Decatur, GA 30030) and shall be marked “Decatur Legacy Park Phase I Campus Signage Program” The bidder must submit three (3) copies of their proposal with one marked original.
Bids must be received by the purchasing agency on the Solicitation Due Date no later than the Solicitation Due Time as set forth in the solicitation. Any conflict between the dates and/or times contained in the solicitation itself or its attachments and this advertisement shall be resolved in favor of the solicitation.
