The City of Missoula Public Art Committee invites artists to apply for a public art project to create art on traffic signal boxes (TSB) located throughout Missoula. The goal of the project is to use local traffic signal boxes as canvases, greatly enhancing Missoula’s visual surroundings. Previously painted boxes can be seen on our website .
