Services will include the following: • Salt shed • Salt/sand racks • Truck wash indoor – wash rack outside • Outdoor (stand alone) storage building • Materials lab building (stand along) • Maintenance signals crew facility Current estimated construction budget is $18,486,000. The programming fee will be negotiated, but is set as a not-to-exceed amount of $184,860. The initial contract award will be for programming only.

This shall include, but not be limited to mast arm signal heads, pedestal signal heads, and/or span wire signal heads. 3.02 GENERAL: The contractor work crews shall work in conjunction with City of Kenner Signal crews. The contractor shall be under the direct supervision of the City of Kenner Street Light Supervisor.
Traffic Signal Repair Operations may also include nighttime work as directed by the County. Conduct all Traffic Signal Repair Operations in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 1.4 Contractor shall always have a minimum of Two (2) Traffic Signal Repair Crews.
