The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has a requirement for a software to support modeling and simulation of complex systems, especially the design and operation of mechatronic systems used in manufacturing. The software should also support data analytics, machine learning, and development of algorithms for manufacturing system optimization.
The Contractor shall deliver a quantity of 2 concurrent software seats for a simulation modeling tool, inclusive of FOB Destination delivery, installation, warranty, and training.Period of performance is one (1) year after delivery. Delivery shall be made within 2 weeks of award.
