In general, the work consists of: site preparation, erosion control, site clearing, stripping of topsoil, rough grading, creation of an OLRA area with a rice stone play surface set on a drain gravel base, 4 inch black vinyl coated chain link fence, benches, bike rack, trash receptacles and other site improvements, an ADA compliant bituminous concrete path system connecting all proposed elements; connection to existing water line in street to service
Site improvements include ADA accessibility to the restroom entrance. Building plans are included in the attached bid package.
Includes modifications to existing restrooms, drinking fountains and accessible site pathways and ramps as required for ADA compliance. Includes all other related site improvements as further described in the bid and contract documents (“Owner Documents”). Bidders shall review the Owner Documents for more complete information regarding the Project and submission of bids.
The ADA Compliance site work scope shall include but not be limited to earthwork, exterior improvements, concrete slopes and ramps, plantings and utilities.
