Site improvements include ADA accessibility to the restroom entrance. Building plans are included in the attached bid package.
The ADA Compliance site work scope shall include but not be limited to earthwork, exterior improvements, concrete slopes and ramps, plantings and utilities.
The objective of this project is to reconstruct three (3) streets in the Industrial Park area ( BAY DRIVE, DOBERMAN STREET, AND PYRENEES STREET) including improvements to the utility systems (water, wastewater, gas), improvements to overall site drainage, and to create ADA accessible routes along each reconstructed street.
