NGG Phase 2 will determine architecture, design, functionality, products, and integration services to deploy a suitable solution to a flexible infrastructure on both NIPRNet and SIPRNet sites. These solutions must be able to support integration with approved Cloud Service Providers. This includes integration with SaaS and Cloud ONE (Azure, AWS, GCP, and OCI) for UNCLASS (IL2 – IL5), and SECRET (IL6) through DoD approved connections.
The contractor shall support resolution of issues and problems to be analyzed related to ERP sustainment and make recommendations to Division ERP Site Integration Lead (SIL). Contractor would support the training lead to develop and or revise written technical documentation of computerized training. Additional responsibilities include recommending programmatic changes to improve the effectiveness of the ERP system.
Per attachment 1.Digital Nautical Chart (DNC): The contractor shall update the DNC database in the PCNOVA.MS-ORT IOS and System integration: The contractor shall support integration and test with the MS-ORT IOS to include advanced humanoid correlation with the PCNOVA IG on site at NAWCTSD. The contractor shall support MS-ORT System integration and test on site at NAWCTSD thru HC-27J MS-ORT delivery to the USCG.
