This is phase four (4) of the City's initiative to reduce the energy consumption of pathway lighting in City of Mississauga parks by replacing existing fixtures with new LED.This phase is for forty-two (42) sites with five hundred and five (505) fixtures to be replaced.Detailed information is set out in Appendix C – Statement of Work, Technical Specifications, and Drawings.

The District is accepting quotes for the Corridor Trail Lighting Project. This project consists of installing and energizing new trail lighting along the Corridor Trail from Clark Drive to Valley Drive. The project will consist of intercepting and utilizing existing conduits as well as trenching new conduits in order to install new lighting infrastructure.
The scope of work for the base bid includes, but is not limited to: site demolition, clear and grub of undeveloped lot and saw cut and partial removal of existing parking lot. Proposed improvements include construction of three(3) pickle ball courts (courts 1, 2, & 3) with perimeter fencing, city standard comfort station #2 with stand-alone drinking fountain, new hardscape, landscape, site utilities, and path of travel and accessible parking.
Site improvements will include fire and emergency access, site lighting, site security, accessible path of travel from the nearest public transit stop and accessible parking to the building, landscaping and irrigation. Other Details Notes Special Notices Local Programs & Policies Place eBid
The work is generally described as park upgrades and improvements including green infrastructure installation, modification to existng green infrastsructure installation, site lighting, landscaping, walking path and parking lot upgrades. A project map showing the general locations are set forth in the introduction and project description. The terms of the introduction and project description are incorporated herein.
