It is our intent to sole source requirement for MILSAT HEMP Door Warranty for DH-1 Exterior Door, DH-2 Interior, DH-3 Generator Room, DH-4 Equipment Room Doors to Gaven Industries Inc.,HEMP Double Air Seal Warranty Annual Service Plan and Preventive Maintenance. Incudes extended warranty for doors, annual technician site visit for maintenance and service, shielding effectiveness testing.

Under the contemplated service contract the contractor shall provide a full time on-site engineering technician for on-site technical assistance, repair, maintenance, improvement, implementation, document maintenance, training, operation and parts for six (6) Coating Robots and Control Consoles at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB).The contractor is responsible and to ensure all six (6) government owned Coating Robots and Control Consoles are in working order

Preventive Maintenance (PM) for APC systems shall be scheduled and performed on site by a service technician. Also remove 288 past expected service life, 16-volt front terminal batteries and replace them with 96 new 16-volt front terminal batteries. The contract will include one year of full coverage warranty for the parts replaced.
