Site Office Trailer & Facilities Project Description :The purchase of a new office trailer for Construction staff during the construction of the Aspen Power Station. It is intended that this office trailer will stay permanently when the plant is operational for maintenance outages. It is also possible that CCS may be constructed at this location and will have use during this time as well.

This service contract is to provide Park Cleaning Services in parks and facilities located in the Pine Bluff Site Office Area. Facilities requiring Cleaning Services are Ste. Marie park, Sheppard Island Park, Trulock Park, Rising Star Park and Huffs Island Park. These services shall require work to include but not be limited to inspection, policing of grounds, cleaning of facilities.

This contract is to provide Mowing and Trimming Services in parks and facilities located in the Pine Bluff Site Office area. Mowing andTrimming Services are to be performed at Saint Marie Park, Pine Bluff Site Office / Emmett Sanders Lock and Dam, Sheppard Island Park, Trulock Park, Rising Star Park, Huff's Island Park, Joe Hardin Lock and Dam / Access Road and Boyd Point Levee.

The replacement heat pump system and respective thermostat is required to be compatible with the other existing units that service the Panama City Site Office.

The intent of this 3-year service contract is to provide janitorial and mowing services to the Russellville Site Office and Dardanelle Marine Terminal Services include but not limited to all janitorial and lawn care services necessary to maintain the Russellville Site Office and Dardanelle Marine Terminal. Amendment 00001 is to change the site visit to 26 March at 10AM CST and extend the due date to 12 April 2024 at 1PM CST.

The intent of this contract is to provide general maintenance, electrical maintenance, and plumbing maintenance services at Pine Bluff Site Office facilities. Services include but not limited to general maintenance, performing electrical and plumbing repairs and installation.
