The action being approved in this JOFOC is a sole source modification to add Safeguards and Security scope, including Protective Force Services, to the Mission Support and Test Services, LLC management and operating contract, Contract No. DE-NA0003624. These services are currently provided under a different federal prime contract expiring on January 29, 2023.
