Dredged material will be placed at an existing nearby upland placement site. Maintenance dredging will occur at the Fishing Creek federal navigation channel. Approximately 22,000 cubic yards of material will be hydraulically dredged and transported via pipeline to the same existing upland site as the access channel dredged material.
The proposed acquisition is digging and rigging services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1)(i). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government.
