SJCOG Truck Planning Study Category:Request for Proposals The San Joaquin Council of Governments (SJCOG) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to assess the Surface Transportation Assistance ACT (STAA) route network in San Joaquin County. The main objective is to update the existing STAA route system for San Joaquin to better serve area companies, particularly in the transportation and warehouse industry sectors, including e-commerce.
