This assembly is hydraulically controlled as the hydraulic fluid is used to control skidding when the aircraft applies its brakes.

The blower system will include three new skids with independent cooling chiller systems, new power, control panel, and a new pre-engineered shade structure (canopy). In addition, the work includes the removal and replacement of multiple digester gas equipment over four existing digester including the pressure and vacuum relief valves, flame arrestors, sediment traps, manhole covers, and backpressure regulators.
