The County of Riverside Purchasing on behalf of Riverside University Health System (RUHS) is soliciting quotations for Patient Identification, Patient Address Updates and Credit History Overview as detailed in this RFQ. In accordance with Assembly Bill (AB) 1020, hospitals are not allowed to send patient accounts to collection for letters notifications that are rejected as “return mail”. Patient address must be validated and updated. Also, charity applications require credit check and soft touch of the FICO score to determine eligibility. Request for Standing Offer - Collection Services & Skip Tracing Project Description :This Request for Quotations (“RFQ”) is an invitation by Halifax Regional Municipality (“HRM”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of Collection and Skip Tracing services, as further described in the RFQ Deliverables set out in Appendix A.
Vendor shall discontinue collection service on any account upon\nrequest from the Library.\n\nii. The Library shall have the right to recall accounts turned over to the\nVendor for collection at any time. If accounts are recalled prior to\naction by the Vendor, no fees will be assessed for those accounts.\n\nVendor shall provide skip tracing services to locate customers with bad\naddresses.\n\ni.
