Natus XLtex Sleep Lab Maintenance and Repair Services. Base Year Period of Performance: 31 May 2018 - 30 September 2018 with 4 Option Years. On-site maintenance and repair services for Natus XLTEK Sleep Lab Equipment located in Pulmonary Disease Service/Sleep Lab, Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center (DDEAMC), Fort Gordon, GA 30905. Scope: The Brooklyn VAMC s Medical Service- Sleep / Pulmonary Department is seeking the following brand name or equal specifications and functionality to the Nihon Kohden Polysomnography Sleep System (PSG1100) with a customized HL7 interface, and a type 3 home sleep apnea testing (HSAT) device. This system must include amplifiers, processors, software, and hardware necessary to diagnose and treat sleep disorders.
SLEEP ONSITE TRAINING 2 DAYS Polysomnography Onsite Training Course for 2 days with a Vyaire Medical, Inc. Clinical Applications Specialist. Attendee/s will participate in an interactive session on the proper operation of Vyaire pulmonary function, cardiopulmonary exercise, and/or polysomnography device/s.
 Core drilling and tie-ins to oxygen and DLCO will need to be scheduled for weekends when neither the sleep lab or pulmonary are in use. Interstitial work with the exception of tie-ins and core drilling can be performed during normal working hours. Work inside the rooms on 2nd floor will need to be performed on weekends when patients are not present.
Additionally, there is a national project from the Office of Connected press return to continue, Care for the Somnoware integration (Somnoware provides workflow automation for the Sleep Medicine and Pulmonary Physicians by enabling them to access and read all of their patient's attended sleep and home sleep studies in one platform), which requires each site to be on Polysmith 12.
SCOPE OF WORK Deliver eight (8) Sleep Systems, and auxiliary supplies, to the pulmonary sleep section of Medical Service Located at 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Temple, Tx 76502. To include Install product, software upgrade, and demonstrate product functions. Provide three (3) days of Polysomnography sleep training on site, with a Clinical Applications Specialist.
