Scope: The Brooklyn VAMC s Medical Service- Sleep / Pulmonary Department is seeking the following brand name or equal specifications and functionality to the Nihon Kohden Polysomnography Sleep System (PSG1100) with a customized HL7 interface, and a type 3 home sleep apnea testing (HSAT) device. This system must include amplifiers, processors, software, and hardware necessary to diagnose and treat sleep disorders.
SCOPE OF WORK Deliver eight (8) Sleep Systems, and auxiliary supplies, to the pulmonary sleep section of Medical Service Located at 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Temple, Tx 76502. To include Install product, software upgrade, and demonstrate product functions. Provide three (3) days of Polysomnography sleep training on site, with a Clinical Applications Specialist.
