In general, the work consists of the removal and disposal off site of the existing steep slope roofing system to wood sheathing on the approximately 360 sq. meters roof and replacing with a new steep slope asphalt shingle roof system complete with waterproofing membranes, synthetic underlayment, new built-up wood grid, new roof plywood sheathing, engineered wood siding gable ends and accessories.
They are the only source with the requisite knowledge, experience, and technical expertise to produce the ASGSI systems to meet the Navy’s needs. Only Calzoni SRL’s ASGSI systems meet performance requirements. This is not a request for competitive proposals.
