Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Fort Worth District (SWF) is seeking contractors with the capability to provide vertical construction services primarily in support of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California under the Small Business Vertical Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC).
Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) SWT has been tasked to solicit for and award a $495,000,000 MATOC as an Unrestricted with a Small Business Reserve.This MATOC is primarily for SWT and may be used within the SWD AOR. The MATOC will be predominately used to support vertical construction projects associated with the Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization and Military Construction projects.
In Phase One, interested small business firms or joint venture entities (referred to as "Offerors") submit specified performance capability proposals, emonstrating their capability to successfully execute a wide variety of vertical construction including new construction, maintenance, repairs and alterations utilizing Design-Build (DB) and Design-Bid-Build (DBB) processes.
General Information: Work under this contract is typical of a JOC for small, multi-trade projects comprised of multiple construction trades, which includes but not limited to site work, demolition and build back, replacement of mechanical systems and controls, preservation of infrastructure, renovation, replacement of finishes, and some vertical construction. Procurement will be solicited as 100% small business set-aside.
