Public notice is hereby given that the City of Kirkland has issued the above-mentioned Request for Proposals (RFP). This RFP is to solicit proposals for consulting services to assist in developing a comprehensive Smart City Master Plan and an implementation roadmap to further existing city-wide policies and guide the City’s effort in advancing the City Council’s goals through innovation, transparency, and resilience.
Trade and Development Agency is funding technical assistance to support the development of a Gaziantep Smart City Roadmap in Turkey (USTDA Activity No. 2020-21006A). In order to define the necessary steps to reach these objectives, the City is embarking on the development of a Eastvale Smart City Master Plan that will provide the City with a blueprint to implement Smart City services over time or as funding becomes available.
