This procurement will provide the NRCS Oregon Snow Survey program the required data collection platforms from remote SNOTEL and SNOLITE sites for use in mission critical operations in water supply forecasting and snowpack indexing for sites in the Oregon Data Collection Office jurisdiction. These satellite modems are the only available mechanism to collect remote date from these sites due to lack of coverage from other telemetry methods.
