ANNUAL REQUIREMENTS FOR SNOW PLOWING OPERATIONSThe City of Bristol is seeking submissions from contractors and/or individuals with appropriate plowing equipment, that are interested in supporting snow plowing operations for the 2021-2022 season.
. • Snow plowing operations will leave 1 – 2 inches of snowpack on the haul route. • Feather edges of plowed snow berms for cross traffic on haul route. • Communicate directly with recreation licensees to deconflict traffic. • Logging operations will be restricted in units adjacent to trails used by licensees. • Extra traffic signs will be required at intersections. 5. Roundwood/pulp removal is required in all harvest units except units 2 & 3.
The Gardner School Department, acting through the City Purchasing Agent, invites properly equipped, qualified contractors to register with the City for Snow Plowing and Ice Control Services on an "as needed" basis for the school properties during the 2022/2023 winter season. The contractor agrees to provide fuel, equipment and operators to provide snow plowing and/or sanding operations for the School Department.
Snow Section (Section) – A predetermined section of the highway requiring snow plowing and/or spreading services. 9 Snow Plowing Superintendent (Superintendent) – The Vendor {Contractor} employee responsible for overseeing all snow plowing Operations for a specific Snow Section. This individual is also responsible for communicating with the NJDOT Site Supervisor. Each Snow Section contains one (1) of these individuals.
