The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) intends to negotiate and award a sole source, firm fixed price contract with Merit Leadership, Inc (Cage Code: 8CEG2) under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b).The purpose of this award is to provide a training course utilizing the previously acquired Special Operations Forces (SOF) Ethics Field Guide (EFG).
