The Department of Health and Human Services/Indian Health Service has a requirement for a vendor to deliver water softener salt and put in softenet salt tank at the Red Lake Hospital, located in Red Lake, MN. The delivery schedule for delivery will be approximately 1730 pounds every two (2) weeks.This will be approximately 45,000 pounds a year. Please see SOW and RFQ for additional information.
