In each case, contractor personnel will have direct operational responsibility for deliverables to the government leadership to ensure mission success.This is an unrestricted full and open competitive acquisition, with a 40% total dollar participation by small business requirement.

Interested vendors are expected to supply the Government with any required software licenses.

Additionally, vendors are expected to identify and designate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) that will participate in ongoing correspondence providing responses to technical questions in areas detailed in the “Physics based modelling and simulation for Autonomous Undersea Vehicles” list detailed below.
