Currently, the BAS for Building 624 relies on Honeywell BAS Controllers and thermostats to control hot water systems.After careful review of the necessary replacement scope and assessment of storm damages, the Government has determined that maintaining compatibility with the existing software infrastructure used for building servicing is essential.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract with highly qualified contractor(s) that provide building management (BMS) and/or building automation (BAS) systems. BMS/BAS controls monitor the building’s mechanical and electrical equipment such as ventilation, lighting, power systems, fire systems, and security systems, etc.

The contractor shall furnish and replace the existing TRANEMP580 controller on the building control system with a new TRANEMP580 controller. Contractor shall program the new controller to be compatible with existing software and systems to include software upgrade for building control system. Contractor shall run and test system for proper operation upon job completion.

NCO 08 is requesting information from potential sources that have the resources and capabilities to provide METASYS Johnson Control Building Automation Systems software and maintenance support for an existing METASYS Johnson Control Building Automation Systems. The anticipated period of performance is for one (1) base period of approximately twelve (12) months, and four (4) twelve (12) months option periods.
