of Sussex is requesting professional geotechnical engineering proposals for the 2025 Road Program & Parking Lots. The work will include soils borings and sampling, including soil borings and sampling for stormwater basins, laboratory testing, and a final geotechnical engineering report describing the findings for the roadways, stormwater basins, and parking lots design for the 2025 Road Program and Parking Lots projects.
The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of qualified Consultants to establish one or more fixed fee, open-ended Contracts for geotechnical engineering services on an “as needed” basis for a one (1) year period with up to four (4) one-year renewal options.
