The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 13.106-1) with LI-COR, Inc., 4647 Superior St, Lincoln, NE 68504-1357, for the LI8100A S2 Automated Soil Gas Flux System Package.This acquisition is being conducted under FAR 6.302-1. There are no set-aside restrictions for this requirement.
