The selected contractor will work with OER staff to approve clean soil from private and City projects for import to the Stockpile, to efficiently manage and keep segregated the various clean soils at the Stockpile, and to load out clean soil to City and private projects. The contractor will make topsoil at the Stockpile and make it available to City projects.
