The Government is seeking to refine and clarify the Synthetic Training Environment (STE), Soldier Virtual Trainer (SVT) requirements for Weapons Skills Development (WSD) and Use of Force (UoF) capabilities based on received Industry input from the prior SVT RFI released on 05 August 2021.
As the foundational underpinnings, the STE-IS extensible architecture, reusable services and composable products facilitate the instantiation of the broader STE ecosystem including the Reconfigurable Virtual Collective Trainer (RVCT), Soldier Virtual Trainer (SVT) and STE-Live Training System (LTS).
Army PEO STRI along with Army Contracting Command- Orlando intends to post the Synthetic Training Environment (STE) Cross Functional Team (CFT) Soldier Virtual Trainer (SVT) Other Transaction (OT) Request for Solutions (RFS) with an award in 3QTR FY22.
