NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to ZMICRO Inc, 9820 Summers Ridge Rd, San Diego, California 92121-3083 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that ZMICRO is the sole provider of 43” UHD Display with testing and lab fees. NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort.  Performance will be located at NASA/ Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC).

NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to Zmicro Inc., 9820 Summers Ridge Road, San Diego, CA 92121-3083 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that Zmicro Inc.is the sole provider SOFIA flying observatory Aircraft Archiver Upgrade (Rugged Server). Using a different vendor would require the SOFIA Project to do a full Verification and Validation test of all Observatory systems.
