Description: The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific(NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to ZMicro, Inc.

NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to ZMICRO Inc, 9820 Summers Ridge Rd, San Diego, California 92121-3083 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that ZMICRO is the sole provider of 43” UHD Display with testing and lab fees.NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. 

These data archivers will be used onboard a unique, custom modified NASA Flying Observatory Boeing 747SP aircraft platform.NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to Zmicro Inc., 9820 Summers Ridge Road, San Diego, CA 92121-3083 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that Zmicro Inc.is the sole provider SOFIA flying observatory Aircraft Archiver Upgrade (Rugged Server).
