This is a Sources Sought for water and wastewater utility service at FCI Schuylkill located in Minersville, PA.
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is looking for the entire water and/or wastewater utility requirement. This is a follow-on requirement. The Bureau is currently receiving water and/or wastewater at the attached locations and is conducting market research to see if competition exists in these markets. This is not a construction project. We do not have funds for construction.
