Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Contracting, Portland District (CECT-NWP) intends to negotiate/award a firm-fixed price (FFP) service, single source procurement to Doble Engineering Company (Doble).
The Doble Engineering equipment lease agreement is for the M4100 Insulation Analyzer, Doble Test Assistant software to support the analyzer, and manage data, Doble Universal Controller, and the M4300 Transport.
The purpose of this amendment is to cancel the Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Doble Engineering Co. for the purchase of a EZCT-2000C Current Transformer Test Set. Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) will post a Pre-solicitation Notice in a separate posting (same RFQ#) on 2/16/2018. The RFQ (including all specifications, etc.) will be posted on or about Tuesday, February 20, 2018.
Notice of Government's Intent to issue a Sole Source a requirement to Doble Engineering Company for Two (2) of the 9084-UC Doble Transducer Adapter and six (6) each of the TR3171 AHMA 4/8 Transducer/Adapter and six (6) each of the TR3189 ABB HMB 4/8 Linear Transducer.
