Lumen Technologies Government Solutions, Inc. providing data circuit services for GSU (Gallup Service Unit). The contractor is familiar with Gallup Service Unit's data circuit services, its requirements and is currently providing these services to GIMC. The contractor provides data circuit services to the Gallup Service Unit. The local exchange carrier (LEC) for the City of Gallup.

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Navajo Area Office of Environmental Health and Engineering located in Window Rock, Arizona intends to negotiate a sole source award with Frontier Communications for Telecommunication services (data and voice services) for its various NAO-OEHE field offices.

The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order to AT&T, under NAICS code 517919 - All Other Telecommunications by the Phoenix Area Office (PAO) Indian Health Services (IHS) under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (Soliciting from a Single Source).

The object of this sole source award is to procure telecommunications analytical services.The requirement is for data and analytical services provided by AT&T Corp. If AT&T Corp does not do analytical work, the capability will be lost, as no other company has access to the data required.

Potential dates of required Telecommunication Services are 1 August 2023-31 July 2028 (5 years).Requirements:Local Telecommunication Services (LTS) will provide essential local area Telecommunication Services (TS) and features supporting the installation 24 hours a day/seven days a week/365 days a year (24/7/365).

Therefore, the Government intends to procure these services on a sole source basis from Frontier Communications of Indiana, LLC. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.  However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement.  Information received will be considred solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
