The purpose for this FFP contract is to provide an efficient procurement vehicle to expand the level of patient care in the Martinsburg VAMC with a ready interface capability for blood glucose testing as point of care with capability to provide reliable finger stick glucose test results on a diverse population. The FFP contract will be a base and with four (4) option periods.
