The delivery period will be for twelve (12) months (04/01/2019 -03/31/2020).This is not a request for proposals or quotations; however, any challenges to this sole source notice must be in writing and sent to dlaea.bps@dla.mil to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether or not to compete the requirement.

(ESAI) for a subscription to: Global Fuels Outlook, Global Refining Outlook, Global CrudeOil Outlook, CIS Watch, China Watch, Intelligence Briefing, and Occassional Memos.

 In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, DLA Energy intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price Contract to GlobalView Software, Inc for a subscription that allows users to monitor and analyze real-time data for refined petroleum products and natural gas. This software package provides loading capabilities of published prices into Oracle Energy Downstream (OED).

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, DLA Energy intends to award a Sole Source, Fixed Price Contract to Axxis Software, LLC for a subscription to Axxis price history data warehouse for the fuel market prices. The delivery period will be for a twelve (12) month period (06/01/2019 - 05/31/2020).
