NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LAND LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to execute a Land Lease under ADA-32384, as follows:   LESSEE: South Air Park LLC    PREMISES: Lot 10B, Block 23, consisting of approximately 251,255 square feet. Services will also cover work associated with off-site mitigation projects, which include: • Demolition of existing dog park and tidal marsh creation at Piper Park; • Construction of new dog park at Piper Park; • ADA upgrade at Bon Air Park on South Eliseo Drive and at Marin Rowing Club; • Stormwater improvements along Magnolia Avenue from Doherty Drive to Dartmouth Road The City may elect to combine the mitigations
