Architectural Services and Costs for the Stewiacke and South Colchester Area Library Project Project Description :The Town of Stewiacke is requesting proposals from architectural firms for design services and costs for a new library. Initially, schematic design work, drawings and potential costs for the new library building will be required; additional work may be requested in the future depending on funding opportunities.

The project will consist of various Library functions which include study rooms, computer lab, teen area, children’s area, and story space. The project will also contain community service spaces including but not limited to: meeting rooms, multi-functional makers lab, as well as other ancillary and supporting spaces.
