This solicitation is for Office Space Janitorial Cleaning, specific to the TSA leased office space at the Ted Stevens International Airport in Anchorage, Alaska. Vendor will be responsible for 365 day per year, one time per day, cleaning of general office space in accordance with the included Synopsis/Solicitation.
PROPOSAL TO LEASE TERMINAL SPACE AT BOTHFAIRBANKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT and TED STEVENS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, State of Alaska, proposes to execute a lease for terminal space at both Fairbanks International Airport ADA-90887 and Ted Stevens International Airport ADA-32360. The lessee is General Services Administration.

TERMINAL SUPPORT SPACE: Additional Rent: In addition to paying the Percentage Fees and Terminal Rent specified above, the Concessionaire shall also pay monthly the published terminal rental rate for office space (currently $61.50 per square foot per year) and pay monthly for any other storage or support space (not designated office space) for $25.00 per square foot per year.

FEES: The Concessionaire shall pay the State percentages of the Concessionaire’s monthly gross revenues, based on submitted proposals and subsequent negotiations between the State and the Concessionaire; plus additional rent for the build-out period and for any support space(s).
