Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) Tunnel 9 at White Oak, MD has a requirement for PLC spare parts to have at least 2 years warranty and Allen Bradley factory stock, and functional. Twenty nine (29) various control system spare parts to have at least 2 years warranty and Allen Bradley factory stock, and functional.
The various spare parts on this requirement will be procured via issuance of individually funded delivery orders. Airbus Helicopters France (AHF) (Cage Code F0210) is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the parts in this requirement and they are the only approved source of supply.
Parts must be approved in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines to ensure safety of our aircrew. The Government shall ensure all procurements are awarded without jeopardizing quality or safety of flight. Only the use of airworthy commercial specifications or standard military specifications/military standard parts will be utilized and approved from this solicitation.
