The purpose of this acquisition is to establish a firm fixed price requirements type contract for R391 propeller spares in support of C-130J aircraft buys.

Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, requires the Motor Vessel Harrison to be dry docked, repairs for its two sets of spare propellers, and replace the propellers. One set will require refurbishing back to new condition. Another set will require re-pitching and refurbishing. The re-pitched propellers shall be installed on the vessel during dry dock. The contractor shall be responsible for delivery to and from the repair shop.
