This notice is a pre solicitation synopsis for the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) Code 34 "SubHDR Spares and Repairs" Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. Award of a single, Firm Fixed Price and Cost Plus Fixed Fee, IDIQ contract with a ten (10) year ordering period is anticipated.
